We’re excited to announce the launch of our new navigation intended to enhance your experience and align with industry standards for exceptional product UI/UX.

Now, all the essential PTO management, scheduling, and reporting functions of our product are consolidated in the sidebar area, so you can easily find what you need without sifting through multiple layers of menus.

The sidebar is designed to be compact yet functional, so you can either keep it expanded, ensuring that all the tools you need are at hand, or collapse it to optimize your workspace and stay more focused.

And there’s one more navigation enhancement aimed at our new users: the redesigned Help&Support tab providing quicker access to learning materials and CSM assistance.

At actiPLANS, we are dedicated to implementing strong data protection strategies while ensuring a seamless experience for our users. Welcome the highly anticipated two-factor authentication feature designed to add an extra layer of security to your account!

The 2FA feature will let you and your team

• Choose from a wide variety of popular authenticator apps like Google Authenticator and Microsoft Authenticator.
• Easy authenticator app setup via a QR code,
• Smooth transition to a new flow: just one extra step in the sign-in process.
• Flexibility and control for administrators who will turn the feature on and off directly from the General Settings, as well as reset passwords for their colleagues whenever necessary.
• Consistent access: users who successfully authenticate will enjoy uninterrupted access to actiPLANS, just as they currently do in the public version.
