Leave Time & Balances Report

Reports interface allows leave time managers to summarize data on users’ leaves and leave balances. Reports are generated in a chart or table form and can be exported into CSV or PDF format.

Leave Time and Balances Report

There are three types of reports available: Leave Time, PTO Balance, and Sick Days Balance reports. Select the necessary type in the View Chart header.

Leave Time and Balances Report

If PTO Balance or Sick Days Balance option is selected, the balances are shown for the first and the last date of the selected period.

Reports have flexible configuration options. Up to 2 data grouping levels are available; you can include the data of all staff or of selected users. Other data selection options include leave types and balance data.

If the 'View leave requests from users assigned to another Leave Request Manager and run related reports' option is selected in General Settings, the ‘Show assigned to me’ checkbox appears:

Please note that balance information in the reports is only available to managers with Leave Balances and/or Manage Requests permission. Users without these permissions will not have access to the Leave Time & Balances report.

Past Leaves History

Reports interface also provides managers with the information on the employees’ past leaves. Select the ‘Past Leaves Calendar by User’ to see your or your colleagues’ history of taken leaves in a calendar view.

Past Leaves History

Here you can review history of approved leave time by users. It is updated when past leaves are added, deleted or modified:

  • Directly in actiPLANS, if your actiPLANS account is not integrated with actiTIME.
  • In actiTIME, if your actiPLANS account is integrated with actiTIME.

Records corresponding to the leave time edited in actiTIME are marked as automatically approved, and approval date is set to the date of leave time editing.

Please note that the information on other users’ past leaves is only available for managers with the Requests or / and Leave Balances permission. Regular users can only review their own past leaves.

Balance History

The third tab of the Reports interface provides you with the information of your and your colleagues’ balance changes history. This report can be exported in PDF format.

  • Directly in actiPLANS, if your actiPLANS account is not integrated with actiTIME.
  • In actiTIME, if your actiPLANS account is integrated with actiTIME.

Please note that the information on other users’ balance changes is only available for managers with Leave Balances and/or Manage Requests permissions. Users without these permissions can only review their own balance changes.
