  • What's the best way to get started with actiPLANS?

    Getting started with actiPLANS is really easy if you follow these quick steps:

    • Configure General Settings: set up your corporate schedule, configure the PTO and Sick Days balances, select the appropriate access options for managers and regular users.
    • Create Leave Types according to your corporate policy; pair up your leave types with their respective balances.
    • Invite your colleagues to actiPLANS, group them by departments and time zone, grant them the necessary permissions, set up their personal schedules and balance accrual rules.
  • I have invited my colleagues to actiPLANS. What's next?

    Once you've invited them to actiPLANS, your team members will receive an invitation email with a link to activate their account. Once they click on the link, they'll be able to set up their actiPLANS username and password that they'll use to log into the application.

    If they don't receive the invitation email, please make sure that their email address does not contain any errors, and ask them to check their spam folder.

  • How can set up bank holidays in actiPLANS?

    You can set up company-wide non-working days in the Default Work Schedule section under Settings. Simply click on a date on the calendar to mark it as non-working for all users.

  • I can't log in to actiPLANS. What should I do?

    If you happen to forget your password you may request a new password by clicking the 'Forgot your password?' link on the login screen.
